3 days · Wednesday 28 – Saturday 31 July The celebration itself — from apéro through the final party. 4 days · Tuesday 27 – Saturday 31 July Arrive a day early and lend a hand with set-up on the 27th. 5 days · Monday 26 – Saturday 31 July The full stretch, helping with set-up and decorating on the 26th and 27th. Anyone helping is welcome to arrive on Sunday the 25th.

Everyone must depart by 11am on Saturday 31 July.

5 Solidarity contribution

The contribution is set in solidarity, based on your income and assets — where possible, choose the higher level corresponding to your net income or assets. You may adjust downward if circumstances apply to you such as single parenthood, disability, chronic illness, impaired mental health or a current life crisis, insecure housing, insecure work, or asylum / undocumented status.

Children under 16 need not contribute. Please choose a level for each adult in your party. If even the low solidarity price isn't feasible, please reach out to us directly instead of forcing a selection — we'll find a way.
